The stop valves, throttle valves and pressure valves are installed as CETOP valves under the 4/3 –way valves. Pressure switches and pressure accumulators allow acceleration and positioning of the power-consuming devices. |

Lubricating oil unit for a complete lubricating oil system with high-pressure lubrication and low-pressure lubrication. Special dosing pumps take the load off the bearings by hydraulics in the high pressure circuit and gear pumps supply lubricating oil and cooling oil. The components are built on to a separate oil tank with an oil sump per WHG 19. To allow controlled and reliable operation the lubricating oil unit is equipped with, among other things, pressure switches and double switch filters. |

Complete oil preparation for stamping technology. The oil heavily contaminated with residues is precleaned with gear pumps protected from wear in a centrifuge and then subsequently treated with micro filters. The complete oil cleaning system with all its filter stations and automatic flow control was handed over ready to run by K + S Hydraulik to the customer. |
